Transport Options

Picking your puppy up in person at our home is always preferred. We would love to meet you in person and have the chance to have non rushed conversation about your puppy and go home procedures. We love for our families to see where their puppies were raised and get to interact with us and their new furry family member. But we know this isn't always possible so we have some options detailed below for you to get your puppy home if you cannot pick up at our house.

Transport Options

We will drive up to 4 hours to meet you with your puppy. My dad actually helps us with this service most of the time and he loves being a part of this process. If it isn't him meeting you, it will be me or my 18 year old son. We want gotcha day to be as personal as it can be so we like it to be someone from The W Doods family that is doing the transport! We charge .90 cents per mile for this service and it is based on round trip mileage.

We have a select few amazing flight nannies that we regularly use to get puppies to their owners via in-cabin flight. Your puppy will never leave their sight! They will meet you at baggage claim of your airport of choice. This option is $1000 and that covers all costs associated with the transport. This payment would need to be paid in full when placing your reservation fee so we can book the flight.

If you choose to fly in to pick up your puppy, we can meet you at the Chattanooga airport free of charge! We will also meet at either the Atlanta airport or the Nashville airport for a $150 fee. You are responsible for booking and all flight related costs. Make sure you are familiar with puppy policy and pick an airline that allows puppies to fly at 8 weeks old. We will meet you outside the doors of departures of your chosen airline with your puppy.
